Wow... my first thoughts were very similar to RikusShadow's, so I don't know what else to comment... 
But I really dig that smiley on his arm. 
The layout and your cartoon style is a perfect combination for the subject, and it's interesting to see the person turning his back against the viewer. Most pictures have them facing towards the viewer. This is refreshing to see. 
Lastly, this also reminds me of the most hilarious moment when Hitler called my sister.
